Photos & privacy

We store your uploaded photos privately in Cloudflare R2 and send the selected photos to SeeAPI (primary) or Kie (fallback) to generate your video. Payment details are processed by Stripe. Your order is linked to a secure browser cookie; keep the browser you used at checkout. Photos and videos are retained for up to 30 days. For deletion, contact the support address displayed by the studio and quote your order ID. Provider retention follows their own policies. SeeAPI currently has no scheduled automatic expiry for provider-held inputs and outputs; contact support to request provider-side deletion. Only upload adult photos you are authorized to use. We use Plausible, hosted at analytics.gesturesynthesizer.com, for aggregate page visits and workflow events such as photo validation, checkout redirects and delivery status. Analytics events do not include photos, filenames, order identifiers, email addresses or payment information. Query strings are removed from analytics URLs. Plausible does not set tracking cookies. If you opt in, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate visits and the same workflow events. GA4 uses analytics cookies; Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. We remove URL query strings and do not send photos, filenames or order identifiers. You may decline GA4 or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Necessary order cookies remain separate from analytics preferences.
